The Town of Jupiter is seeking approval for a five-slip public safety marina with associated waterfront park and Riverwalk improvements on a 4.7-acre property. This site plan amendment and special exception will establish dock design standards and add 11 parking spaces, retention areas, and public waterway access at the northern portion of the Piatt property currently under fire station construction. The project includes marine stewardship mitigation for minimal mangrove and seagrass impacts and requires permits from DEP and USACE.
